By creating an account or using Meno you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Meno.

Notify us immediately at security@mail.menohq.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not use Meno for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam or malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or in any way that could damage or impair the service or other users.

You retain all rights to the content you create in Meno. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.

Meno, its logo, and the underlying platform technology are the intellectual property of Meno Inc.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds except where required by law.

Meno is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
