What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and the content you enter into Meno (projects, invoices, time entries, etc.).

We also collect standard usage and log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the service running and improve it over time.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the Meno service, send transactional emails (invoices, password resets, notifications), and maintain security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Third-party processors

We use best-in-class sub-processors under strict data processing agreements: Supabase for auth & database, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. Each receives only the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
